The Book and Tape Department is an advertisement arm of the ministry in that it sells the image of the ministry in Word and Electronic form. They can be considered as an extension of the Evangelism department, as they produce materials which are strong tools for effective evangelism. The messages from all services are recorded in the church, and it is the duty of the Book and Tape department to market them at the end of the service and thereafter. The messages are recorded unto CDs and DVDs as soon as the Pastor finishes the message. Members of this department are trustworthy individuals, as money is to be entrusted into their hands. The spiritual nature of the work requires that members must be spirit filled. They also need to have very good customer relations, as they will be dealing with several hundreds of people at a time. Pastor’s books are also the responsibility of this department.
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,1 Corinthians 12:4-11

The ministry of evangelism in Grace House Family Church is designed primarily to win or revive personal commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ with all persons through the development, promotion, and support of all forms and phases of evangelism through the local community and among the present membership of the church; to promote church growth, worship, and celebration, the practice of prayer, and the use of hymns and music in praise of God, which including the use of time, influence, personal abilities, and material resources. At the core of its function, evangelism is intended to be the greatest portion of our ministry within the church, requiring the greatest number of participants to bring the type of change and impact we hope to see in the lives of those we touch. The objectives of the Evangelism Ministry are to:
- Promote an effective program of evangelism throughout the church community
- At the local community level so that persons without a church affiliation will be included within
- The nurturing and caring responsibility of the church
- Guide the church in the use of its leisure time and the appropriate days of the Christian calendar
- For special evangelism emphasis
- Develop literature and programs for the cultivation of a devotional life, active in prayer and study
- Provide training for persons qualified and interested in the field of evangelism and encourage the membership to participate in year round programs of evangelism
Prayer and Intercession is an integral part of GraceHouse, as a result our prayer team is made up of anointed, Spirit-filled, tongue-talking and dedicated men and women of God equipped for spiritual warfare, as well as interceding for all the prayer needs of the people and the church. This group acts as armour bearers for the church,
Among the most important weapons in the arsenal of any church or individual Christian is an effective ministry of intercession, prayer, and fasting. Like the vestibule of the church in which we hang our outer garments before entering the main sanctuary, intercession, prayer, and fasting stand as the vestibule of the Spirit, as those who have been called to this special ministry find themselves ushered into the presence of God to stand in the gap and make up the hedge against the enemy and his intent against the church and its membership.
Individuals who have been called to this ministry come together to maintain consistent daily and weekly prayer, intercession, and fasting for GraceHouse Family Church and all its ministries; and to continuously keep before the presence of the Lord the request and needs of the congregation, and of those who reach out to this ministry. Intercessors meet weekly to come against all obstacles of the adversary for the morning worship service, for the salvation of souls, and the deliverance of those bound. Our primary goal for weekday intercession is to seek out faithful qualified men and women with the ability to lay before the Lord the covenants and purposes of God for the Tree of GraceHouse Family Church It should also provide, under the watchful eye of the church intercessor, the foundation for the needs of any and all spiritual warfare concerning individual and specific needs of the membership and church function in general.
Our Vessel of grace and Counseling and Altar Counseling under the Grace Experience Ministry is dedicated to helping hurting and broken people; encouraging and pointing them to the reality of the new covenant. We preach hope and continuously declare The Blessing over their lives. Through this ministry we also deal with the personal experiences of people as they tackle the challenges brought about by the forces of darkness.
Where is the Children Building? How do I get involved with a small group?
What time does evening service start? Where are the restrooms? Being a greeter involves more than just standing at the door and shaking people’s hands as they enter the church. It is the gift of helping as stated in I Corinthians 12:28, “And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping…”
